By accessing or using our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. The Company acts as a PKI Reseller and is the legal entity reselling the PKI Certificate and being in contact with the customer/end-user organization.
Definitions
Users can place an order for PKI Certificates or LEI Codes through our web portal. The request will be processed manually via data exchange by email. Users will be contacted by email to provide additional required information.
After providing the necessary information, a proforma invoice will be sent to the user. Payment can be made via Bank Transfer or PayPal. The proforma invoice must be paid within 14 days. The order will be canceled if payment is not received within this period.
Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the ordering process. They must collaborate with our team to ensure the successful generation of the requested PKI Certificates or LEI Codes.
Depending on the requested PKI Certificate, users must prove ownership of the domain through the requested validation process, such as:
- Domain Control Validation (DCV) via DNS
- DCV via HTTPS
- DCV via Email
Users must cooperate by adding necessary entries to the DNS, website, or via email. Additional organization validation may be requested, and users must provide the necessary documents, which will be shared with the PKI Issuer.
The PKI generation process will begin after the proforma invoice is paid. Users can generate CSRs and PKI Certificates using our PKI Tools on our website. It is strongly recommended for the user to back up their private keys. During the certificate generation process, we will never request private keys; only the CSR must sign the certificate. To complete the order, users must accept the terms and conditions of pki.csebusiness.com (Powered by CSE Business Kft Limited) and the product agreement provided by the vendor for the individual PKI Certificate product. The issuance of PKI Certificates is contingent upon the user's acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The order will be canceled automatically unless the proforma invoice is paid within 14 days.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary.
